1. Digital Products

All IELTSWIN products are digital educational materials delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. No physical products are shipped.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Because our digital materials are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once digital delivery has begun, where you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you will lose your applicable cancellation right.

If you are a consumer entitled to a statutory cancellation period and have not validly waived that right, your applicable cancellation rights remain unaffected.

3. Delivery Issues and Incorrect Materials

If you have not received your materials, cannot access your files, or believe you have received an incorrect product, please contact us. We will investigate and, where appropriate, resend the materials, provide a replacement or issue a refund.

4. Exam Predictions and Results

Our materials are designed to support IELTS preparation through selected high-frequency topics and practice exercises. We do not guarantee that any particular question will appear in your examination or that you will achieve a specific IELTS score.

A difference between the actual examination and the practice materials does not, by itself, qualify for a refund, provided the materials conform to their description and your statutory rights are respected.

5. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to faulty digital content or products that do not match their description.
